Turkey’s chemical exports increased by 34% compared to last year

The Istanbul Association of Chemical Exporters has announced that the volume of exports of chemical industries and products increased by 34% compared to October of last year, reaching $ 2.31 billion.

Emphasizing that in October of this year, with 34% increase compared to the same month of the previous year, they had exports of $ 2.3 billion, and announced that the most exports were made in October to Lebanon, followed by Greece, Germany, Iraq, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, the Republic of South Africa, Britain and the United States.

According to the association, the volume of chemical exports to Lebanon was 123 million and 329 thousand dollars, which is an increase of 109.29 percent compared to the same period last year.

The association added that the five major groups of goods exported to Lebanon in October included mineral fuels, mineral oils and products, plastics and their products, health products, perfumes, cosmetics and soaps, and mineral chemicals.
