Passport distribution process will resume today in 7 provinces of the country

The Taliban announced that the process of distributing passports in 7 provinces of the country will resume today.

Anatullah Samangani, the Taliban’s deputy spokesman, announced on his Twitter page that the process of distributing passports in seven provinces had begun, and wrote that the process of registering passports online would begin in the coming days.

According to him, the process of distributing passports in Herat, Kandahar, Balkh, Nangarhar, Khost and Paktia provinces will start today.

He added that this process will begin in the coming days in other provinces.

However, passports are now being distributed in those provinces to those who registered before the fall of the previous government.
