Overturning of a passenger bus on the Kandahar-Herat highway left 46 dead and injured

Taliban officials in Farah province say 46 people were killed and wounded when a passenger car overturned on the Kandahar-Herat highway.
Aref Adil, spokesman for the Taliban police chief in Farah, said the incident took place yesterday in the Farahrood area of Bala Block district.
He added that the bus was traveling from Kabul to Herat when it overturned in the Jangjali village of Farahrood.
According to Adil, one person was killed and 45 others were injured in the incident and taken to Herat Provincial Hospital for treatment.
