The Taliban destroyed an ISIS nest in Kabul
The Taliban say an ISIS nest in Kabul was discovered and destroyed by the group.
Mohammad Jalal, a member of the Taliban’s cultural commission, wrote on his Twitter page that a Khawarij ISIS nest was discovered and destroyed last night in the northern Sarai area of Kabul’s Khairkhaneh district.
He added that as a result of the operation, one ISIS member was killed and several others were detained.
The ISIL nest in Kabul is being destroyed as residents of the capital witnessed two separate explosions yesterday, which were claimed by the ISIL group.
The first explosion took place in the area of Naqash in Dasht-e Barchi area and the second explosion took place in the Shahid crossroads a few minutes later. According to reports, four people were killed and two others were injured in the first explosion.
