The Qatari foreign minister met with his Turkish counterpart to discuss recent developments in Syria and Afghanistan

The Qatari foreign minister says that in a bilateral meeting with his Turkish counterpart, they discussed various issues such as Palestine and recent developments in Syria and Afghanistan.
Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani made the remarks during a joint news conference with his Turkish counterpart in the Qatari capital Doha.
Referring to the meeting between the Presidents of Qatar and Turkey, Al-Thani said: “The political and humanitarian situation in Afghanistan will also be discussed during the meeting between the President of Turkey and the Emir of Qatar. “He also said that 12 new agreements between Doha and Ankara are expected to be signed at the meeting.”
“We have confidence in Turkey’s diverse economy,” the Qatari foreign minister said of Turkey’s economic situation. The foundations of the Turkish economy are strong. This also makes it easier to get through the current state of the country’s economy. Ankara and Doha have made large investments and these investments are fruitful.
