India sent its first shipment of humanitarian aid to Kabul

Following the sending of humanitarian aid by the countries of the world after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, India also sent its first shipment of humanitarian aid to this country.

According to national television, the shipment of Indian aid, which included 7.8 tonnes of spices, was handed over to Taliban officials at Kabul airport.

According to National Television, eight Afghan prisoners held in India have also been repatriated to Afghanistan.

India was one of the countries that helped Afghanistan in the military sector and construction of infrastructure projects during the previous government.
