Russia has sent three planes carrying humanitarian aid to Afghanistan

Russia’s Defense Ministry has announced that it has sent three planes carrying humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
According to Sputnik, the Russian Ministry of Defense has announced that Russia has sent three military planes carrying 36 tons of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
The ministry said in a statement that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu had set up an aviation group of three military aircraft to send aid, including food and medicine.
On the other hand, Zamir Kabulov, Special Representative of the President of Russia for Afghanistan and Head of the Asian Section of the Russian Foreign Ministry, spoke about the possibility of lending to the Government of Afghanistan.
He said that if the decision was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Moscow could do the same.
Kabulov has stressed that the West has frozen Afghanistan’s assets, so the United States and Western countries must take full financial responsibility for Afghanistan’s post-war reconstruction.
