The Taliban banned the playing of music and the sitting women without hijab in cars

A number of local media outlets have reported that the Ministry of Command and Prohibition of the Taliban in Kabul has given drivers written advice to refrain from playing music and putting unveiled women in their vehicles.
The Taliban statement, released by local media, said: “Officials from the Ministry of Islamic Guidance, in a meeting with representatives of men’s hairdressers in Lashkar Gah, the capital of Afghanistan’s Helmand province, advised them to refrain from styling their hair and shaving their beards.”
The Taliban have reportedly banned Western-style shaving and shaving in some other provinces.
