The Taliban appointed Ghulam Ghaws Naseri as head of the Ministry of Urban Development

The Taliban have announced that Ghulam Ghaws Naseri has been appointed as the acting and financial and administrative deputy director of the Ministry of Urban Development.

Zabihullah Mujahid, Deputy Minister of Information and Culture and spokesman for the Taliban, wrote on his Twitter page that Gholam Ghaws Naseri, By order of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, had been appointed as Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration and Head of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land.
