Taliban to their forces: Do not invade anyone’s privacy

The Taliban’s Ministry of Promoting Virtue and Prohibiting Virtue has stated that its accountants do not have the right to invade anyone’s privacy.

The ministry wrote on its Twitter page that the ministry’s investigators should not intrude on anyone’s privacy, and that citizens’ phones should not be intercepted after that.

The ministry added that if any accountant disobeys the order, he will be removed from office and will be prosecuted.

Earlier, the ministry banned shaving and listening to music, and ministry officials in some provinces said people would be questioned if anyone did not attend congregational prayers.
