Explosion in the third Parwan of Kabul

The Taliban Ministry of Interior announced an explosion in third Parwan Region of Kabul.

Engineer Azzam, the Taliban’s deputy interior ministry spokesman, said in a statement that the incident was caused by a roadside bomb and did not cause any casualties.

However, witnesses to the incident say that the target of the explosion was a Taliban Ranger vehicle.
