Karzai: Universities should reopen across the country

Afghanistan’s former president says universities across the country should reopen soon.

Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai told a news conference that universities and schools across the country should be reopened and students should resume their education.

According to him, lack of knowledge is the main reason for not progressing.

The former president also stressed at the conference that the US president should abandon his decision to give the blocked money of Afghanistan to the families of the victims of the 9/11 attacks, adding that the country should give all the money of Afghanistan to the people.
