India provided spices and clothing to Afghanistan

Taliban officials say India has sent half a ton of medicine and clothing to Afghanistan.

Zabihullah Mujahid, deputy minister of information and culture and spokesman for the Taliban, wrote on his Twitter page: “India has continued to provide humanitarian aid to the Afghan people with two and a half tons of medicine and clothing.”

He added that the Afghan government appreciates India’s humanitarian assistance.

India has already donated thousands of tons of wheat to Afghanistan, which came through Pakistan and Iran.
