A Taliban shooting at a rickshaw in Kandahar led to the death of a woman

Sources in Kandahar say one woman was killed and two others were wounded when Taliban opened fire on a rickshaw in the province.

The sources say that the incident took place today in the third security district of Kandahar city when the rickshaw was targeted by Taliban militants after being stopped at a checkpoint.

The Taliban in Kandahar confirmed the incident and said that the driver of the rickshaw and the person who shot at the rickshaw had been arrested.

However, after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan,

in several similar cases, civilians were killed as a result of the shooting.
