Human Rights Watch: The Afghan crisis was created by the United States

The deputy director of the women’s section of Human Rights Watch says the current humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan has been raised by the White House and the US president.

“This crisis has been created by the decisions of the President of the United States and he have the power to end this,” said Heather Barr, deputy director of the women’s section of the Human Rights Watch. “It has a crisis.”

Earlier, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, referring to the situation in Afghanistan, said that the current crisis in Afghanistan is caused by the United States.

He said the United States was the main source of some of the worst crises in the world.
