NATO warned of a possible worsening of the death toll in Ukraine

The NATO Secretary General has called on the Russian president to immediately end the war, saying that the death toll in Ukraine is likely to worsen in the coming days.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg made the remarks at an extraordinary meeting of the Organization’s foreign ministers in Brussels on Russia’s attacks on Ukraine.

At the meeting, he called on the Russian president to stop the war in Ukraine and withdraw all his troops without any preconditions.

“We are not part of this conflict and we have a responsibility to prevent it from escalating beyond Ukraine because it is more destructive and more destructive,” he said. “It will be more dangerous and more people will be affected.”

According to him, NATO does not create a no-fly zone in Ukraine and has no plans to send troops to that country.
