One person was killed in a bomb blast in Helmand

Local officials in Helmand say one person has been killed in a bomb blast at a residential house in the province.

According to Salam Watandar, officials in Helmand province say that the incident took place as a result of a hand grenade thrown at a residential house in Kashk village of Nawzad district of the province.

According to them, a person named Rozi Khan threw a bomb at their family members due to enmity with them.

Officials say one person was killed and four others were injured in the incident, one of whom is reported to be in critical condition.

Officials say the perpetrator has been arrested by the Taliban and is being questioned.
