The Taliban set up a special commission to bring back politicians from the previous government

Taliban officials say they have set up a special commission to return Afghan politicians and figures.
Enamullah Samangani, the Taliban’s deputy spokesman, tweeted that the commission was set up under the auspices of the Returns and Communications Commission and would be headed by Maulvi Shahabuddin Delavar, head of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum.
He added that Rumi Amir Khan Mottaqi, Mullah Khairullah Khairkhah, Mullah Abdul Haq Wasiq, Sheikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, Qari Fassihuddin and Mohammad Anas Haqqani will be members of the commission.
However, after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, most of the former government officials fled the country.
However, the Taliban have repeatedly asked the authorities to return to the country.
