The online passport registration process has resumed

The Taliban government’s Interior Ministry has announced that the online passport registration process has resumed in Kabul and the provinces.

The ministry said in a statement that the Central Passport Office will reopen the site to applicants today, Saturday, at 12 noon, after raising the technical and human capacity, and our compatriots can apply for a passport online.

According to the ministry, 2,000 passports a day will be issued daily during Ramadan and 3,000 a day after Ramadan through online registration for applicants.

Earlier, the distribution of passports in Kabul had been stopped.
