The Taliban distribute ten-year passports to people over the age of 15

According to the Bakhtar State News Agency, the General Directorate of Passports intends to distribute ten-year passports to applicants over the age of 15.

The Passport Office said the decision was made to reduce congestion at the Passport Office and provide better services.

Demand for passports has also increased since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, but the group has repeatedly stopped distributing passports for various reasons.

Recently, the Taliban General Directorate of Passports announced the start of the passport distribution process and announced that applicants could apply for passports online.

According to the department, it will distribute 2,000 volumes of passports daily during the days of Ramadan and 3,000 volumes per day after Ramadan.
