Two people were killed in Kunar by unknown individuals

Local sources in Kunar reported that five people were killed and wounded in an armed attack in the province.

Sources in Kunar province say that the incident took place on Sunday as a result of an armed attack by unknown individuals on the car of Rahmatullah Salam, a civil activist in the province in Asmar district.

According to these sources, as a result of this armed attack, Rahmatullah Salam and one other person were killed and three others were wounded.

Local Taliban officials in Kunar province blamed the incident on personal enmity.
