Mojahedin regarding the dancing of the group’s forces in Massoud’s tomb: Insulting the dead is not allowed

Following the release of a video of Taliban forces dancing at the tomb of Ahmad Shah Massoud in Panjshir, a Taliban spokesman said the incident was neither a policy of the Islamic Emirate nor acceptable.
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid tweeted that the recent incident in Panjshir was not a policy of the Islamic Emirate, nor was it approved.
Mujahid added: “Several people from different provinces went to Panjshir for fun during Eid, who may have been dancing, but we can say for sure that their purpose is not to insult jihadi personalities;” It is the recklessness of a few people.
He further tweeted: “Jihadi personalities are respected by the Islamic Emirate and insulting the dead is not allowed at all, nor do we allow such an act.”
According to the Taliban spokesman, efforts are being made to find out the motive for this wrongdoing and to prevent the recurrence of such acts.
