Mottaqi met with the Council of Ulema of the Shiite community

The acting head of the Taliban Foreign Ministry has met with the Ulema Council and influential members of the Shiite community.
Taliban Foreign Ministry spokesman Abdul Qahar Balkhi tweeted that Amir Khan Mottaqi, the group’s acting foreign minister, had met with the Ulema Council and some influential members of Afghanistan’s Shiite community.
According to him, the meeting took place yesterday at Ms. Nabiin School, where Ayatollah Salehi, Chairman of the Council of Shiite Ulema, Professor Mohammad Akbari, Seyyed Mohammad Ali Javid, former Minister of Transport, Seyyed Hossein Alemi Balkhi, former Minister of Refugees, Seyyed Hadi Hadi and a large number of scholars and influential people of the Shiite community of the country were present.
Balkhi added that in this meeting, various issues were discussed in detail.
