The Taliban Ministry of Finance has extended the tax exemption

The Taliban Ministry of Finance says the tax exemption has been extended for another four months because small business owners have not been able to pay their taxes on time.

The Taliban finance ministry said in a statement that the tax exemption had been extended for another four months with the approval of the prime minister and a proposal from the ministry’s revenue department.

The ministry added that small business owners were unable to pay their taxes due to some problems, so the Taliban Ministry of Finance has extended the remaining tax time for small businesses from March 21, 2022 to July 21, 2022.

Earlier, the Taliban prime minister said in a decree that part of the small business tax would be exempt if small business owners paid the rest of their taxes by March 20, 2022.
