Explosion in the fifth district of Kabul

Local sources in Kabul say that an explosion took place in the fifth district of the city.

The sources say the blast took place inside the Ayub Saber Mosque while people were praying.

Meanwhile, Khalid Zadran, a spokesman for the Taliban police headquarters in Kabul, confirmed the blast, saying that according to preliminary statistics, three people had been injured in the blast.

According to him, the security forces have reached the area and further investigations are underway.
