One person died as a result of a traffic accident in Bamyan

Local officials in Bamyan say one person has been killed in a traffic accident in the province.

Mohammad Khani Rasa, spokesman for the Taliban police headquarters in Bamyan, said the accident took place in the village of Firuz Bahar in the No. 1 district of Yakholang district as a result of a collision between a motorcycle and a Tunisian vehicle.

He adds that as a result of this incident, the motorcycle driver died.

Meanwhile, the occurrence of traffic incidents in the country has increased unprecedentedly recently.
