The central bank is offering $ 13 million to the market

The Central Bank of Afghanistan has announced that it will sell $ 13 million in a bid tomorrow.

A statement issued by the Central Bank today stated that the bank is scheduled to sell $ 13 million tomorrow (Wednesday).

The announcement called on all eligible banks, exchange offices and monetary service companies to participate in this tender.

Meanwhile, following the closure of all exchange offices and monetary service companies in the capital and some provinces of the country, the price of the dollar rose against the Afghani to 90 afghanis due to problems in obtaining a license from the Taliban government.

But the Taliban government has said it will set up a technical committee to look into the licensing problem for money changers and monetary service companies to address the issue.
