Two women were killed by their husbands in two separate incidents in Uruzgan

Local officials in Uruzgan say two women have been killed by their husbands in two separate incidents in the province.
Mohammad Asif, the Taliban’s director of information and culture for Uruzgan, said in a statement yesterday that a woman had been killed by her husband on Thursday in the Tutu area of Dehrawood district.
According to him, the man fled the scene after killing his wife, and efforts are underway to arrest him.
On the other hand, sources in Uruzgan say that in the city of Trincot, the capital of the province, a man shot and killed his wife and fled the scene.
However, the cause and motive of these two murders are not clear yet.
