TIKA donates 2,000 packages of malnutrition kits to Helmand and Zabul public health departments

The Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA) has donated 2,000 packages of malnutrition kits to the public health departments of Helmand and Zabul provinces to strengthen the lives of mothers and young children suffering from various diseases in Afghanistan, including malnutrition.
The kits include 15 kilograms of fortified flour, 30 multivitamin tablets, 800 grams of fortified oil, a can of BP-5 biscuits and 400 grams of chickpea and bean powder, the statement said.
The malnutrition kit packages were handed over to officials from the public health departments of Helmand and Zabul provinces at a ceremony by TIKA officials.
