Following the return of former Afghan government officials, the Taliban’s Character Contact Commission has announced the return of Farooq Wardak, a former government official.
The commission tweeted that Farooq Wardak, a former government minister, had returned to the country.
The Character Contact Commission added that the former Afghan government official had returned to the country due to the efforts of the commission officials.
Meanwhile, Amanullah Ghalib, the former head of the Afghan Electricity Company, and General Dawlat Waziri, a spokesman for the former government’s defense ministry, have returned to the country.
