Turkish NGOs distributed Qurban meat to more than 3,000 people in Afghanistan

Yedi Bashak Humanitarian Relief Association in Turkey, Vahdet Foundation and Memur-Sen Gazianetp Branch distributed qurban meat to 3000 families in 3 provinces in northern Afghanistan.

Semih Lutfu Turgut, General Consul of Turkey in Mezar-i Sharif, Mustafa Bulut, President of Yedi Bashak Humanitarian Aid Association, Ahmet Gök, Head of Officer Memur-Sen Gaziantep Branch, Osman Özdemir from Vahdet Foundation attended the distribution ceremonies.

3-kg qurban meat packages were delivered to families in need and victims of war in Faryab, Juzjan and Belh provinces in northern Afghanistan.

In addition, the meat of qurbani slaughtered by the NGOs in question was delivered to the families in the refugee camp in the Deşti Şor countryside of Mezar-ı Şerif.

– Cash assistance to more than 1000 orphan families

On the other hand, NGOs from Gaziantep provided cash aid to more than 1000 orphan families in 3 provinces of Afghanistan.

NGO officials visited orphanages in northern Afghanistan and presented various gifts to orphans.

Having fun with the children, NGO responsibles listened to the problems of orphan children struggling to survive under difficult conditions.

On the other hand, while the opening of 2 water wells, the drilling of which was completed by the Yedi Bashak Association, the foundations of 6 new water wells were laid.
