A senior commander of the Junbesh parti was killed by armed men in Faryab

Local sources in Faryab say that a former commander of Junbesh parti was killed by two unknown gunmen in this province.

According to these sources, this incident happened yesterday in Koh Sayad village of Shirin Tagab district of this province.

These sources add that this commander was shot in front of his house by two armed men on motorcycles.

It is said that the armed men fled from the area after committing the murder.

Taliban officials in Faryab have not said anything about this so far.
