China exempts 98% of the tariff on goods exported from Afghanistan to that country

The Chinese Embassy in Kabul has announced that this country will waive the tariff of 98% of Afghanistan’s export goods to that country.
Wang Yu, the Chinese ambassador to Afghanistan, wrote in a tweet that his country will reduce the customs tariff on 98 percent of Afghanistan’s goods exported to that country to zero after December of this year.
He added that this decision is useful based on the implementation of China’s mutually beneficial plan, and according to this plan, Afghanistan’s exports to China will be almost completely exempted from customs tariffs.
China’s Customs Law Committee under the supervision of the State Council of this country also announced on Wednesday that this country will apply zero tariffs on 98% of imports from Afghanistan and 9 African countries from December 1st.
