The former head of the central bank was appointed as the deputy minister of energy and water

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the caretaker government of the Taliban, says that the former head of Da Afghanistan Bank has been appointed as the deputy minister of water energy.
He wrote in a tweet that Mullah Abdul Qahir Idris, the former head of Da Afghanistan Bank, has been appointed as the energy appointee of the Ministry of Energy and Water.
The Taliban spokesman also added that Maulvi Sharafuddin Muslim, the previous appointee of the National Directorate of Combating Disasters, has been appointed as the appointee of the plan and policy of the Ministry of Rural Development.
Hedayatullah Badri, the former minister of the Ministry of Finance, has recently been appointed as the head of the Central Bank by the leader of the Taliban government.
