TIKA provides equipment for an empowerment and training center for the disabled in Jawzjan

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) provided the necessary equipment for an empowerment and professional training center in Jawzjan province.

Tika office officials say that in the mentioned training center, women will be trained in the fields of liquid and solid soap making, and men in the field of shoe production and repair, iron carpentry and metal welding.

50 physically disabled trainees will be trained in this center in a period of 6 months.

Mikael Tashdimir, coordinator of TIKA in Mazar-e-Sharif, said that TIKA will continue to support disadvantaged groups.
