The restoration work of Jalalabad-Torkham highway has started

The Ministry of Public Works has announced that the restoration of the Jalalabad-Torkham highway worth more than 21 million Afghanis has begun.

The ministry wrote on the X social page that the repair work of this highway worth more than 21 million Afghanis and covering 75 kilometers began with the presence of the deputy governor of Nangarhar province, the head of public works of that province and a number of local officials.

According to the Ministry of Public Works, this project was signed between the Ministry and Qadir Nasir Construction Company worth 21.5 million Afghanis and will be completed within six months.

At the same time, the officials of this ministry say that during the work of this project, work opportunities have been created for a number of fellow citizens, and with its completion, the transportation problems of people and passers-by will be solved.
