The Taliban are building a temporary camp for returnees in Nangarhar

The Ministry of Migration Affairs has announced the start of construction of a temporary camp for forced returnees in Lalpur district of Nangarhar province.

The ministry wrote on page X that Maulvi Abdul Rahman Rashid, Deputy Professional of the Ministry of Migration and Head of the Temporary Accommodation Committee of the Commission for Dealing with the Situation of Forced Returnees, together with the members of the committee, opened the construction of a temporary camp with a capacity of 500 families for migrants in Lalpur district.

Officials of the Ministry of Immigrant Affairs say that the said camps are being built for the temporary relocation of forced returnees who return to the country through Torkham.

According to the officials of this ministry, the purpose of building this camp is to provide better care for the returnees and food, non-food items and spices will be distributed to them in this camp.
