UCHA announced the aid of 40 million Icelandic kroner to Afghanistan

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Afghanistan (OCHA) says that Iceland has contributed 40 million kroner to the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund.

OCHA thanked Iceland for allocating this aid to the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund and added that this aid will provide shelter and food for thousands of people in Afghanistan.

According to UCHA Iceland, since 2020, it has contributed 175 million kroner to the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund.
