America allocated 2.5 million dollars to support journalists in Afghanistan

The United States of America has allocated more than two million dollars to support journalists in Afghanistan.

The US special inspector for the reconstruction of Afghanistan (SIGAR) says that the US has allocated 2.5 million dollars to support journalists in this country.

Sigar wrote on page X that this amount will be used to provide emergency support to journalists at risk, improve the safety of journalists, support the media to produce and publish content safely for the public interest, and work to counter disinformation in Afghanistan.
