Construction of small water storage dams in Paktika

The Ministry of Water and Energy of the Taliban announced that the construction of five small water storage dams at a cost of more than 13 million Afghanis has started in Paktika province.

The construction of these small dams has started in Toreh, Vazikhah, Khairkot, Neke and Chaharbaran districts of Paktika province.

According to this ministry, with the completion of these projects, more than 42 thousand cubic meters of water will be saved, which will play an effective role in raising the level of underground water in these districts.
