The British cabinet minister who accused British forces of war crimes in Afghanistan has been given ten days to present evidence

Johnny Mercer was indicted last month for war crimes in Afghanistan between 2010 and 2013, but faced harsh criticism from the court for not disclosing his sources.

According to the Guardian Daily, the court gave Mercer ten days to release the names of the sources or face a possible shutdown.
