Uzbekistan seeks to invest in Afghanistan’s oil and gas sector

Uzbek companies expressed interest in investing in Afghanistan’s oil and gas sector.

Zia-ul-Rahman Al-Aryoubi, the deputy of the foreign department of the Ministry of Mines and Oil of the country, met and talked with the team of Airil Company of the country of Uzbekistan.

The delegation of Ariel company discussed their views on the current situation in Afghanistan, in relation to the functions and activities of their company.

They also stated that they want to invest in the oil and gas sector of Afghanistan.
