Obaid Yaqoubi, the boxer of the country, is going to the competition ring today

Today (Tuesday, 8th of Gemini), the country’s boxer Obaid Yaqoubi will compete in the ring against his Ukrainian opponent.

Mohammad Saber Azizi, the head coach of the country’s national boxing team for Afghan athletes living in Europe, says that the fight between Obaid Yaqoubi and his Ukrainian opponent in the weight of 63 kg will be held in Bangkok, Thailand.

In his first fight, Mr. Yacoubi defeated his Austrian opponent with the difference of the judges’ points.
