Today Tashkent is hosting a meeting on combating terrorism.

Uzbek media have reported that Tashkent will host two important meetings from September 3 to 6 this year.

The purpose of holding the 10th “international scientific-practical meeting between members and observers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to combat international terrorism and extremism” and the second meeting of the “Organization of Independent States Beneficial in the Fight against Terrorism” is to exchange opinions and experiences in the field of organizing the fight against terrorism. .

In these meetings, extremism and the creation of a single concept and approach to deal with new threats to the security of member countries and to improve international cooperation will also be discussed.
