The Minister of Information and Culture of the Islamic Emirate visited Russia

Mullah Khairullah Khairkhah, the Minister of Information and Culture, has traveled to Russia on an official trip to participate in the “Union of Cultures” international meeting.

The international meeting of “Union of Cultures” is scheduled to be held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on the 11th of this month.
