Fazl Mohammad Saber, ambassador of the Afghan Embassy in Turkmenistan, met with Andrey Larin, Political Officer of the Center for Preventive Diplomacy of the United Nations for Central Asia.

The Embassy of Afghanistan in Turkmenistan wrote that in this meeting, they discussed major infrastructure projects, practical start of public benefit projects, interaction with neighboring and regional countries, prevention of drug cultivation, and the practical start of the TAPI project in Herat.
