The first shipment of Afghan pomegranates was exported to Kazakhstan
The Ministry of Industry and Trade says that 23 tons of pomegranates from Kandahar province were exported to the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, through Turghandi port.
The ministry said in a newsletter yesterday (Monday, 28 October) that this is the first time that pomegranates from Kandahar province are exported to Kazakhstan.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has added that this ministry is committed to providing the export of Afghan products to other countries as well.
