Kabul to Host Fifth National Industry Week Exhibition

The Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines announced at a meeting in Kabul that the fifth National Industry Week Exhibition will be held in the capital in two days.
The exhibition aims to support domestic production, attract investment, and strengthen trade ties between the country’s industrialists and business community.
Mohammad Rafi Azimi, deputy head of the Chamber of Industries and Mines, said: “We hope the exhibition will be held successfully and attract thousands of visitors.”
More than 360 booths have been allocated to showcase industrial products.
Officials have called on traders, investors, and the public to attend the exhibition and support domestic production.
Mohammad Saeed Sediq, a member of the chamber’s board of directors, said: “We urge industrialists, traders, investors, and all citizens to attend the exhibition and support locally made products.”
Economic analyst Abdul Nasir Rashtia said: “The more people become familiar with domestic products, the more they will be encouraged to buy them. Greater sales of local products will also help create more jobs and employment opportunities across the country.”
The fifth National Industry Week Exhibition will be held in Kabul from July 1 to July 7, beginning on Wednesday this week.
