Germany rejects visa applications of 32 Afghans living in Pakistan

The German government has rejected visa applications of 32 Afghan citizens living in Pakistan who had previously been promised relocation to Germany.

Earlier, the German Constitutional Court had ruled that the government of the country cannot reject the relocation of vulnerable Afghans without examining each case individually.

According to German media reports, the country’s Ministry of Interior announced that it had reviewed the aforementioned cases individually following the court’s ruling, but ultimately rejected all 32 applications.
