Taliban: The officials do not have the right to violate the privacy of individuals

The Ministry of Promoting the Good and Prohibiting the Bad of the Taliban has stated that the officials of this ministry do not have the right to enter and violate the privacy of individuals without judicial and security permission.

“According to the Shari’a, everyone has their own privacy, and with limited exceptions, no one can violate anyone’s privacy, such as a home or mobile phone,” the ministry said in a statement. Built without the order of judicial and security departments; “It is forbidden to try shops, halls, hotels and baths.”

The ministry added that no one, as an employee of the ministry or any other department, could intervene in the mentioned places under the pretext of removing the denials.

The announcement comes as the Taliban arrested six women a few days ago in connection with an old legal dispute in the Hesa-e-Awal district of Kapisa.

The Taliban reportedly arrested six women and took them to the police station when the men did not find them.

This action of the Taliban provoked the reactions of the citizens of the country and angered many.
